Joyce Eiko Mitoma

Joyce Mitoma is the sole proprietor of Joyce Mitoma Paralegal Services. Ms. Mitoma specializes in Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) advocacy. She has an excellent understanding of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act and its regulations following an extensive career with the WSIB (20+ years) working in areas such as Legal Policy, Benefits Policy, Occupational Disease and Survivors’ Benefits Program, Quality Assurance and Claims Adjudication. Ms. Mitoma is also knowledgeable with short-term and long-term disability claims as well as Canada Disability Benefits claims.
