Ola Mobarak

Ola Mobarak is an associate in the Employment and Labor group in the Dentons’ Toronto office.

Her practice includes advising and representing provincially and federally regulated employers on various labour and employment issues, including employment contracts and policies, employment standards compliance, human rights and accommodation, wrongful dismissals, and judicial reviews of administrative decisions.

Ola received her joint Juris Doctor and Master of Arts from Osgoode Hall Law School and York University. During her time at Osgoode, she enjoyed mooting, serving as a student caseworker at Parkdale Community Legal Services, and advocacy work as an executive member of the Muslim Law Student Association, among other roles.

Ola returns to Dentons after working at the Firm as a summer student in 2021 and 2022, and completing her articles in 2024-2025. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate degree in Justice, Political Philosophy, and Law at McMaster University.
