Clara Anne Morrissey

Clara is the Director of Immigration Programs and barrister and solicitor in Toronto, Ontario.

Clara obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law in 2015, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. Since 2016, Clara has been practicing exclusively in the area of Canadian immigration law. She has experience assisting corporate and individual clients with a diverse range of matters including temporary and permanent residence and litigation. Her current practice focuses on permanent residence applications, including: express entry; provincial nominee and regional immigration programs; entrepreneur, start up visa and self-employed class immigration; and family sponsorship applications.

Prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor Degree, Clara completed a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from Queen’s University. Clara is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations.
