Sara Mosadeq

Sara Mosadeq is a highly skilled litigator valued for her work in complex, high-stakes, real-time litigation. With each matter, she dives into the details of the dispute to identify potential issues and provide a thorough assessment of the matter. Sara consistently delivers practical solutions that take into consideration the moving parts of her clients’ business while advancing their unique goals.

As a key member of RAR’s Commercial Group, Sara has represented developers in a myriad of disputes, including claims arising from breaches of contract associated with multi-residential development projects. Sara also represents privately held corporations in contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, debtor-creditor matters, and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. A significant focus of Sara’s practice involves representing institutional and private lenders in complex mortgage enforcement matters, including power of sale proceedings, mortgage litigation, and private and court-appointed receiverships.

Sara has successfully argued motions, applications and conducted trials. She has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
