George David Moshenski-Dubov

George Moshenski-Dubov Corporate Associate George is a lawyer with the firm’s Corporate and Regulatory Group. Prior to RJS LAW, George worked for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission. He was able to refine his skills in a regulatory and Corporate environment, with a focus on commercial law and compliance. George brings with him an in-house and governmental perspective that will assist our clients in; commercial agreements, online e-commerce issues, share/asset purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate governance. Armed with a JD from Western Law, a primarily business law school, he was heavily involved with their mentorship programs, moots and intramural sports. Prior to Western, George completed his undergraduate education at the University of Toronto, where he double majored in criminology and sociology, graduating with Distinction. Outside of work, George can often be found ‘quarterbacking’ his fantasy football teams, four-putting on the green or ‘play fighting’ his cat.
