About

Natalie Munroe is Chief AI & Legal Operations Officer at Osler, where she leads the Firm’s AI strategy, data initiatives, and legal operations function. She is focused on identifying and implementing technologies and operational improvements that enhance how legal services are delivered – balancing innovation with practical, client-centered solutions. Natalie founded Osler Works – Transactional, the Firm’s in-house alternative legal service provider for corporate and commercial transactions and continues to provide strategic oversight.

In the early part of her career, she was a corporate associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London followed by a few years of practice with Osler. She advised domestic and foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters and general corporate matters.

After several years in private practice, Natalie moved to an in-house position. As Senior Legal Counsel at The Bank of Nova Scotia, she provided transactional advice to their treasury team and worked on a wide variety of transactions in Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

That experience gives Natalie a deep understanding of what clients need and expect, which she brings to this role at Osler.
