Jaspal Singh Nagra

Jaspal Nagra is an associate in the Corporate group and Insurance sector in Dentons’ Toronto office. Jaspal’s practice focuses on corporate and regulatory matters and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance and reinsurance.

Jaspal joined Dentons in 2020 as a first-year summer student, returned as a second-year summer student in 2021 and articled with the Firm in 2022-2023.
