Hamza practices family law. He has experience handling a wide variety of issues, including support claims, property division / equalization of net family property, and parenting disputes. Hamza approaches each client’s matter with empathy, integrity, a relentless work ethic, and a well-developed cultural awareness.

Clients benefit from Hamza’s knowledge of family law and his skills in legal writing and advocacy. Hamza has prior experience as a legal researcher for a professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and at the Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights.
