Civil Law · Ontario, Canada
Lawyer · Flaherty McCarthy LLP · Unionville
Anthony defends and prosecutes personal injury tort claims and statutory accident benefit disputes.
His detail-oriented approach to litigation is a product of his desire to understand how things work. While pursuing his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology, Anthony conducted socio-legal experiments that examined juror bias and attitudes toward hate crime. While completing his Juris Doctor degree at Osgoode, a prominent Canadian legal database published Anthony’s research paper on Canada’s regulatory response to the youth vaping crisis.
Anthony has successfully conducted motions, hearings, and trials before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys being humbled on the chessboard and the golf course.
