Hashim Syed Ali Naqvi

Hashim Naqvi represents developers and builders on matters pertaining to low and high-rise condominiums, subdivisions, and commercial land development; real estate acquisitions and dispositions; financings; construction liens and deposit surety loans. Hashim also represents borrowers, private lenders and financial institutions, including chartered banks and credit unions, on commercial real estate financings.

Hashim was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. Prior to his call to the bar, Hashim obtained a Masters in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017, a LLB from the University of Leicester (UK) in 2015, a Hons. B.A. in Political Science from York University in 2012 and studied commercial law at the London School of Economics in 2014.
