Ryan George Russell Nerbas

Ryan Nerbas leads the firm’s Manitoba employment law practice. He advises and represents workers in Manitoba and Ontario on matters arising throughout the employment relationship, from employment contract reviews, disability claims, accommodations and human rights concerns, to wrongful terminations, severance negotiations and understanding post-employment obligations. Ryan also represents professionals in regulatory matters and professional discipline proceedings. He does not act for employers under any circumstances.

Ryan has extensive litigation experience and has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in Manitoba and before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, in addition to various administrative boards and tribunals, including federal and provincial labour boards and human rights tribunals.

Ryan is a proud Winnipegger. Outside of work, he can be found enjoying the company of family and friends, supporting the local restaurant scene, and playing recreational sports.
