Natacha Ngo

Natacha practises in all areas of Canadian domestic and cross-border income tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, corporate reorganizations, REITs and other real estate investment vehicles, public equity and debt financing, and investment funds (including exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Natacha's practice also includes advising pension funds on their investments, both in Canada and abroad.

Rupert Resources Ltd. on its C$2.9-billion acquisition by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, for Agnico Eagle shares and contingent value rights

The Special Committee of the Board of Trustees of Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust on its C$2.3-billion going-private transaction with Crestpoint Real Estate and Minto Group

Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust in connection with its acquisitions of Lime Ridge Mall, Promenades St-Bruno, and the remaining 50% interest in Regent Mall
