Danny has accumulated years of experience practicing at top tier law firms known both nationally and internationally for their exceptional legal work. Danny’s primary area of practice has been insolvency and corporate restructuring and in that capacity, he’s acted on behalf of debtors, creditors and court officers amongst many other clients. He has done so in all types of proceedings, including complex cross-border matters involving multiple jurisdictions. As an insolvency and corporate restructuring lawyer, Danny frequently advises clients on matters that cover a wide range, from the acquisition of distressed assets to the resolution of shareholder disputes and the formulation and implementation of best business practices. Danny’s clients include financial institutions, private lenders and large and small businesses and he has acted on behalf of regulators such as the Ontario Securities Commission. Over the years, Danny’s practice has also expanded to include commercial litigation, with a particular focus on complex shareholder disputes, oppression claims and contractual disputes. As a litigator, Danny has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario.
