Jillian Kristine Beaulieu

After several years at a respected insurance boutique, Jillian joined Bell Temple in April 2021. She has extensive experience in insurance defence litigation, including automobile insurance (tort, accident benefits and priority disputes), disability insurance, property and commercial general liability claims, subrogation and occupiers’ liability.

Jillian has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court (civil and bankruptcy), the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Provincial Court, the Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Landlord and Tenant Board. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, up to and including hearings and trial.

Jillian is a practical litigator, but her thoughtful and creative approach to litigation helps her achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
