Catherine's practice covers all aspects of pensions, benefits and executive compensation law, including plan administration, governance, design, investment and taxation. She advises administrators, sponsors and fund investment managers of both federally and provincially regulated pension plans. Catherine also advises on the pension, benefit and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions.
