Nadia Darlene Bechai

Nadia is a partner in the Private Client Services Group at Gardiner Roberts, focusing on estate planning and estate administration. She works with professionals, business owners, blended families, and individuals to create practical, personalized estate plans that reflect their unique goals and circumstances. Her experience includes business succession planning, cross-border matters, cottage succession, planning for beneficiaries with special needs, charitable giving, and the settlement of family and other trusts.

Nadia also supports executors, trustees, and attorneys for property and personal care, guiding them through each stage of the estate administration process—from the initial steps and probate to the final distribution of assets.

She holds the internationally recognized TEP designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a regular speaker at community and professional events on estate planning and administration.
