Shaun Marc Odes

Shaun is an associate in the Corporate Commercial Group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and corporate finance, including real estate financing.

Shaun advises business owners and companies of all sizes on acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and partnerships, as well as day-to-day corporate and commercial needs.

His financing practice includes the negotiation and documentation of credit agreements and related security. He acts for both lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of corporate and real estate financing structures.

Shaun is known for giving each of his clients personal attention and handling matters diligently and efficiently from start to finish. His business acumen, attention to detail, and clear communication enable him to provide pragmatic solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
