About

Bobbi is an Alberta-based family lawyer and mediator with more than two decades of experience resolving complex legal disputes. She began mediating civil matters in 2000, when mediation was still emerging as a meaningful alternative to litigation, and has spent her career developing advanced negotiation strategies for high-stakes conflicts. Her negotiation work led to her selection as one of sixty negotiators worldwide invited to attend Harvard Law School’s inaugural Master Class in Negotiation, an advanced executive program developed in collaboration with MIT.

Bobbi’s practice focuses on helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives with clarity and practical strategy. She understands that family litigation is often frightening, financially consequential, and deeply personal. Her goal is to resolve disputes in a way that is fair, efficient, and decisive—minimizing unnecessary financial and emotional loss while protecting what clients have worked hard to build.

Before establishing her Alberta-based practice, Bobbi developed extensive trial and appellate experience in Ontario, where she conducted numerous complex trials, motions, Hague Convention proceedings, and constitutional arguments. Today she brings that senior litigation background to her work in Alberta, where she focuses on mediation, high-conflict family litigation, and sophisticated domestic contracts, including marriage and cohabitation agreements.

Bobbi works within a collaborative legal team that allows clients to benefit from senior strategic guidance while maintaining practical and cost-effective representation. This approach ensures that complex matters receive experienced oversight while allowing work to be handled efficiently by a skilled group of family law litigators and paralegals.
