Eleni Papastathakis

Eleni Papastathakis is the principal and founder of EP Paralegal Services. Eleni has over 20 years of civil litigation experience having worked in both private practice and in-house corporate settings. Eleni has extensive Small Claims Court experience having conducted a number of trials with a high rate of successful outcomes. Eleni has appeared before the Courts in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. Eleni’s practice areas include, but are not limited to, breach of contract, product liability, property damage, defamation, employment, personal injury and dispute resolution. Eleni has an impressive and diverse background having worked for years at a prominent Bay Street law firm and in-house within conglomerate organizations in the following business sectors: energy (natural gas and electricity), HVAC, financial technology, pharmaceutical and life sciences.
