Brian James Parker

Brian is a partner at the firm. He has extensive experience advising, and negotiating on behalf of, some of Canada’s largest and most active players in the real estate industry.

His practice is comprised of: (a) commercial leasing of retail, office, and industrial properties, of all classes and types – including in specialized areas such as: mixed-use, medical, live/work, and commercial condominium, (b) construction and design agreements, including bespoke master contracts, supplementary conditions to CCDC, OAA, and RAIC forms, and crane-swing/tie-back agreements, (c) telecommunications agreements, including bulk purchase/point-of-presence agreements, cell tower leases, and rooftop antennae licenses, and (d) ancillary property-related agreements, including property management agreements, EV charging station agreements, parking facility agreements, specialty signage agreements, and more.
