Vincenzo Perricone

Vince Perricone is a graduate of York University and received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Vince’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial and residential properties as well as a broad practice representing institutional and private lenders on the completion of mortgage financing transactions. Vince also advises clients regarding general corporate and commercial matters including incorporations, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, asset and share purchase and sale transactions. In addition, he also advises on Will and Estate Planning matters including drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates.
