Andrew Reading Pfleiderer

Andrew Pfleiderer is Interim Chief Executive Officer of Experior Financial Group, steering the company while the board runs a focused search for its next permanent CEO. In this role he leads Experior’s overall vision and strategy and is focused on positioning the company for its next stage of growth. He brings 13 years of experience in financial services and law, along with a leadership approach grounded in integrity, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the business.

Andrew’s background spans some of the most respected and fast-growing organizations in the industry. He gained experience within high-growth, category-leading environments including Axiom, a modern, technology-enabled legal services company, and Foresters Financial, an international life insurer serving millions of families across North America and beyond. He began his legal career at a Bay Street law firm and later held in-house counsel roles across the finance, banking, and insurance sectors, giving him an intimate understanding of how a regulated financial services business operates from the inside out.

That legal and business foundation is central to how Andrew leads. In a highly regulated industry, he understands that protecting the company and its agents goes hand in hand with enabling growth. He is committed to building an Experior where agents have every opportunity to succeed. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013.
