Amanda Jossephine Pilieci

Amanda’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. She guides a wide range of clients through various disputes ranging from property and trust claims, protracted contract disputes, including commercial leasing disputes, as well as partnership and shareholder disputes.

Amanda delivers a personalized and compassionate approach in order to effectively resolve the legal disputes of each of her clients in a way that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Amanda has extensive litigation experience, having successfully appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario on Motions, Applications, Trials and Appeals.

Prior to law school, Amanda worked in the construction industry for a private residential land developer and homebuilder. She acquired unique skills and specialized knowledge which have proven to be particularly useful when resolving construction related litigation disputes.

As a food enthusiast, Amanda enjoys trying new recipes, restaurants, and exotic dishes. When she’s not at the office, Amanda enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with her friends and family, and the occasional yoga class.
