Barry Mitchell Polisuk

Barry joined the firm as a senior counsel in 2020. He practices in the areas of secured lending, corporate commercial, real estate, and securities law. In secured lending, Barry acts on behalf of several banks and trust companies and other institutional and private lenders. His corporate commercial practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, leasing, and commercial agreements. In real estate, Barry acts on the purchase and sale of commercial properties and the finance of real estate.
