Vivian Jean Poole

Vivian Poole is an associate in the Real Estate and Development Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on real estate financing.

Vivian represents major financial institutions, alternative lenders and borrowers in complex financing arrangements, advising on a wide range of secured financing transactions, including both CMHC-insured and conventional mortgage loans. Her experience also includes projects within in the senior housing sector, representing a broad range of lenders in connection with retirement residence, long-term care and other healthcare real estate assets.

Beyond financing, Vivian’s practice also includes the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate, guiding clients through all stages of the transaction lifecycle. She also regularly negotiates and drafts commercial leasing agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants across a variety of asset classes.
