Chelsea Provencher Chief People & Legal Officer Chelsea Provencher is the Chief People & Legal Officer at Metergy. She is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s legal, regulatory, government relations and human resources functions. Prior to her current role, Ms. Provencher held progressively senior legal roles at Enercare Inc. and played a key role in supporting the organization through strategic growth, acquisitions and regulatory initiatives.
