Tyler Jackson Puddy

Tyler Puddy is the In-House General Corporate Counsel for the Vista Group of Companies. Tyler is responsible for the company’s legal department, including transacting in real estate and general business law, commercial acquisitions, leasing, finance, construction, and development. He also works closely with Senior and Subordinate debt providers and handles corporate regulatory filings. Tyler graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Masters in Business Administration, and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. Tyler is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Peel Law Association, and American College of Equine Attorneys. He is also a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and had many years of post-qualification experience at an Ontario business law firm prior to joining the Vista Group of Companies. Tyler has an excellent background and a wide range of knowledge and experience in dealing with complex real estate and other legal commercial issues.
