Hafsah Qureshi (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels, focused on private mergers and acquisitions. Hafsah offers experience advising on private and public M&A transactions, as well as capital markets and financing matters. Hafsah works closely with clients across a broad range of industries to provide practical, tailored advice throughout all stages of a transaction.
