Noa Sima Rapaport

Noa Rapaport is an associate in a business law group at Goodmans. She is developing a broad practice in corporate matters.

Noa first joined Goodmans as a summer student in 2022 and became an associate at the firm in 2024.

Noa completed a secondment at the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions of the Ontario Securities Commission in 2026, where she assisted in the review of various public transactions involving minority shareholder, conflict of interest, and related-party matters.
