Camille is pleased to be part of such a strong four lawyer family law team here at Siskinds LLP. She has been a lawyer in London for over 25 years. Since being called to the bar in 1993, she has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Family law issues may require special attention before marriage or cohabitation, or be faced after there has been a relationship breakdown. What these parents, partners or spouses need is experienced practical advice. Sometimes there are blended families to consider, or maybe a bankruptcy, a family trust, an inheritance, or a reluctant support payor. Later on it is quite common that circumstances may change and variations be needed to perhaps terminate spousal support or increase child support for example. You can count on Camille’s practical advice and experience as a well-respected family law lawyer in London for guidance as you navigate through every variety of what can be troubled waters.

More often than not, we can resolve all the issues in dispute be negotiating a fair and reasonable Separation Agreement or Domestic Contract. Camille’s goal is to identify reasonable objectives, and determine the necessary steps to get you there. A referral to mediation may sometimes be in order. When a reasonable settlement cannot be reached, then Camille will effectively litigate on your behalf for judicial determination of the issues at court.
