Jennifer Roberts is Counsel in the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She practises in the area of complex construction and professional liability litigation, with a particular focus on the defence of engineers, architects, and other design professionals. She has extensive experience acting for parties at all levels of the construction pyramid and is known for her early and strategic engagement with technical issues in large, multi-party disputes.

She regularly acts in arbitrations and civil litigation, guiding matters toward efficient and commercially sensible resolution where possible and litigating with focused intent in bringing complicated cases to successful adjudication. She has represented domestic and international engineering and architectural firms in significant infrastructure disputes across Canada, including highways, bridges, hospitals, transit projects, and P3 developments. Notably, she acted for Golder Associates in the Red Hill Valley Parkway Inquiry.
