Kristen Danielle Robertson

Kristen advises clients on a wide range of technology transactions and complex commercial arrangements, including outsourcing transactions, system procurement and implementation, technology development and licensing, SaaS, payments and loyalty, cybersecurity, and joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

Kristen works with clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, fintech, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, software development, and hosting services.
