Yves Joseph Jean Rocheleau

Yves Rocheleau is a seasoned M&A, corporate and commercial lawyer. He assists companies through all stages of their development, including incorporation, corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, financing, equity investments, acquisitions, and dispositions. His experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements and in resolving shareholder disputes is highly sought-after. Since October 2026, he has served as Co-Leader of the Firm’s Defence, Security & Aerospace Group.

Having started his career at a large Toronto firm, Yves is a member of both the Ontario Bar Association and the Barreau du Québec.
