Nadine Susan Rockman Katz

With significant transactional experience, Nadine brings deal acumen and technical skill to corporate matters, with a focus on commercial banking and debt financing transactions. She has a practical and results-oriented approach to helping clients realize commercial opportunities.

Nadine has a range of experience representing lenders, sponsors and borrowers in domestic, cross-border and international transactions, including syndicated loans, private equity and acquisition financings and offerings of debt securities.

Before joining Torys, Nadine clerked during a summer term for Judge Aharon Barak, President of the Supreme Court of Israel.
