Nivedita Saini Nivedita was called to the bar in 2025 and has previous experience in wills and estates, family law, and corporate and commercial matters. Nivedita has gained hands-on advocacy experience in both dispute resolution and procedural matters through her appearances before the Landlord and Tenant Board and her representation of clients in the Small Claims Court. Drawing on her background in both litigation support and transactional work, Nivedita brings a detailed, strategic, and client-focused approach to advancing her clients’ interests.
