Hayley Lauren Bettles

Hayley is the Owner & Sole-Proprietor of Small Town Paralegal. She became a Licensed Paralegal in 2018 and started Small Town Paralegal in June of 2020. Hayley has had an enjoyment for the law since early childhood and knew that she would pursue a career in legal work.

Hayley is a mom to three littles that keep her extra busy and a wife. She is originally from Stratford and now calls Clinton home in Huron County. She loves the slowness of the small town and raising her babies in a small town atmosphere. If she is not at work, or a sports game for her kids you will find her running.

Hayley graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree double Honours in Criminology and Contemporary Studies. She then graduated Fanshawe College's Graduate Degree program in Paralegal Studies in 2017. She wrote and passed the Paralegal Licensing Exam in October of 2018 and became a Licensed Paralegal.

Hayley most recently attended Fanshawe College for the Family Legal Service Provider (FLSP) from January - December 2025 and officially became an FLSP in April 2026.

Hayley's passion for the Law and Justice are what make her career and dedication to each and every case what they are.

Danielle Nettleton became a Licensed Paralegal and joined Small Town Paralegal in 2025.
