Laura Elizabeth Douglas Betts

Laura practices exclusively with Atin Estate Law, in association with Hull & Hull LLP , providing non-contentious estate law services, such as planning and preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney and estate administration.

Laura joined Atin Estate Law in 2024. She previously articled and practiced as an associate with Hull & Hull LLP between 2015 and 2017 , where she gained experience in civil and estates litigation, guardianship and power of attorney matters. Laura then transitioned from litigation to estate planning an d administration at a boutique full-service firm located in Midtown Toronto.

Laura completed her law degree abroad at Bond University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. Prior to law school, Laura completed her Bachelor of Commerce at Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
