Ramy Daniel Sarouf

Ramy Sarouf is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in the Ottawa office.

Ramy holds an LL.M. with a concentration in International Trade and Foreign Investment Law from the University of Ottawa, where his research focused on investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS). His graduate work culminated in a guide to investor-side counsel on litigating a customary international law investor protections.

Trained in both of Canada’s legal traditions, Ramy holds both a J.D. (common law) and LL.L. (civil law). While in law school, Ramy represented the University of Ottawa at the Foreign Direct Investment Moot in London, United Kingdom, where his team placed 5th out of over 100 teams from around the world.

Ramy joined Dentons in 2025 after completing his summer and articling programs with the Firm. He provides legal services to clients in both English and French.
