Mohammad Reza Sarsangi

Reza Sarsangi is an associate in the Capital Markets Group at Cassels. Reza’s practice involves all aspects of corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, and regulatory compliance. Reza regularly acts for both investment banks and issuers in connection with public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and going-public transactions, and also advises issuers with respect to corporate governance practices and continuous disclosure matters, including advising mining clients of their mineral project disclosure obligations.

Reza received his J.D. from Western University. Prior to law school, Reza received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University, graduating with distinction. Reza has also completed the Osgoode Certificate in Mining Law program.
