Sophie has a corporate commercial law practice, focusing on banking and secured transactions. She routinely acts for borrowers and lenders on a wide range of lending transactions, including domestic and cross-border debt financings, syndicated loan financings, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings.

Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Sophie summered and articled with the firm.
