Jennifer Michelle Searle

Jennifer is a partner in the Private Client Services Group, where she advises resident and non-resident individuals on estate planning and administration, succession planning for family and privately held businesses, and substitute decision-making and mental capacity planning. Her work includes preparing Wills, inter vivos and testamentary trusts, and Continuing Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care.

Jennifer is also a partner in the Business and Corporate Commercial Group, providing practical and cost-effective advice to Canadian and international businesses and individuals. She assists clients with business start-ups and reorganizations, corporate governance, financings, and share and asset transactions, offering clear guidance at every stage of the business lifecycle.
