Ameya Sharma

Ameya Sharma is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer. His practice focuses on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His background in transactional law includes structuring transactions, negotiating and drafting complex shareholder agreements and contracts, and franchise transactions across various industries.
