Parish Hushtasp Bhumgara

Parish is an associate lawyer in the Corporate and Commercial, Securities, and Financial Services Groups.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, acting on both the buy-side and sell-side of transactions.

He regularly acts on a variety of securities laws matters, including advising on continuous disclosure obligations, rights offerings, equity and debt financings, private placements, listing applications and registration matters.

His practice also includes secured lending transactions where he acts for lenders on a variety of financing transactions.
