Peter Nicholas Sholdas

Peter Sholdas is a licensed paralegal specializing in WSIB registered with the Law Society Of Ontario.

He has worked in the field of Workplace Safety & Insurance for the past 20 years.His extensive knowledge of both WSIB policies and procedures and former employment experience with the WSIB identifies him as a vital resource in resolving conflicts dealing with WSIB related matters.

Peter has successfully represented clients at all levels of appeal. Peter also performs as an expert in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) in successfully resolving workplace disputes between employer and employee involving WSIB and related matters. Peter is also an Affiliate of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) Executive Committee, Workers Compensation Section.
