Chris Simboli is a shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer and chairperson of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. Chris has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts, transactions and arrangements required by clients in a wide variety of sophisticated technology and market sectors.

Having practiced law for more than 25 years, Chris has extensive experience working on intellectual property and technology transactions, including his time spent practicing in Silicon Valley. He helps his clients address the technology and licensing issues their deals demand, ranging from the routine to the highly complex. Chris understands his clients' needs and helps them develop sound legal solutions to their business requirements based on firsthand experience and success. He has represented and negotiated with some of the biggest and best-known technology companies in the world.

Chris also advises his clients on selling and purchasing high technology computer hardware and equipment products and helps secure intellectual property rights protections in connection with research & design, joint development, consulting, professional services and other technology development initiatives.
