Raquel Jenny Simpson

Raquel has exclusively practiced family law since her call to the bar. Raquel’s practice encompasses all areas of family law, including domestic contracts, high conflict parenting disputes, child and spousal support and property and trust claims.

Raquel understands that her clients are navigating a difficult period in their lives. She leads with empathy and compassion, providing pragmatic advice while helping her clients craft solutions that meet their needs. Raquel is a strong negotiator and in favour of negotiated or mediated resolutions where appropriate, but she is also a passionate advocate for clients in court and/or private arbitrations.
