David Colin Fraser Smith

Colin Smith’s experience working in the legal field started when he was sixteen years old. Colin worked under his brother, Doug Smith, at Smith & Associates in Tottenham, ON. Colin gained experience in a legal office by engaging with clients on numerous occasions as well as performing the basic duties of a law clerk. Colin then studied at Osgoode Hall Law School and was later called to the bar in 1988. Colin continued to work at Smith & Associates as a lawyer.

Colin’s practice today is specialized in Wills and Estates Law, which includes estate planning and administration of estates, for which his skill and knowledge is well-known in the community.

Lawrence E. Hull graduated from the esteemed Faculty of Law of the University of Toronto, and was called to the bar in 1989. Joining Smith & Associates as an Associate in 1992, he is a now a Partner at the firm and manages the real estate transactions
