A skilled interviewer and report-writer, Laura takes a detailed, practical approach to investigations. She is trained in sexual violence investigations and applies a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens throughout her work, ensuring that all parties are treated with respect and fairness.
At Marshall Workplace Law, Laura has successfully worked on and led numerous investigations in industries such as police services, school boards, universities, hospitals, municipalities, and crown corporations.
Her experience managing complex cases and navigating sensitive issues enables her to offer clear, effective solutions that address organizational and individual needs. Laura is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto.
