About

Logan Stack is a bilingual lawyer who is called to the bar in Ontario and Québec. Prior to joining Conway, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honourable Justice Malcolm Rowe at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Logan works on files that span both public and private law. On the public law side, he assists individuals, groups and organizations in the areas of constitutional law, Indigenous legal issues and language rights. On the private law side, he is developing a broad civil and commercial practice.

Logan also offers Supreme Court of Canada agency services and stays up-to-date with the latest developments at the SCC.

Outside of his practice, Logan has published scholarly articles at the intersection of private and public law. He has also given presentations on Indigenous and language rights issues.

Logan received his law degrees from the McGill Faculty of Law, where he also received a variety of awards, including the Aimé Geoffrion Medal for the second-highest average upon graduation. During his studies, he served as a member of the executive team for the McGill Law Journal, an associate editor of an Indigenous law publication, a research assistant, a summer intern in the office of the Minister of Transport, and a volunteer giving legal workshops at underprivileged schools.

When away from the office, Logan enjoys reading, creative writing, spending time with friends and family, and scouring the city in search of the perfect cappuccino.
