About

Jordan is a partner at Glick Feinberg Stone with a practice focused on professional regulation and discipline. Jordan helps regulators, professionals, and licensed businesses solve legal problems, navigate investigations, and litigate regulatory disputes.

Jordan has had the privilege of acting as counsel to over a dozen professional regulators. He assists regulators with legal issues relating to complaints, investigations, discipline, registration/licensing, fitness to practise, and unauthorized practice. Jordan has extensive experience litigating high-stakes disputes on behalf of regulators, including contested discipline and registration hearings, appeals, and civil litigation. Jordan also acts as independent legal counsel and provides training to discipline tribunals and other statutory committees. Having worked with regulators big and small, Jordan understands the unique and varied issues that regulators face and uses this knowledge and experience to help regulators fulfil their public interest mandate.

Jordan defends professionals and licensed businesses in investigations, discipline hearings, and litigation when their license to practise is at stake. His work as prosecution counsel for numerous prominent regulators gives him unique insight into how a regulator will think and act, which he uses to help his professional clients protect their license. Jordan has extensive experience representing professionals before regulatory tribunals and the courts in matters involving registration, complaints, investigations, fitness to practise, and discipline.

Prior to joining Glick Feinberg Stone, Jordan worked for several years at a prominent Bay Street law firm, acting almost exclusively as prosecutor and counsel to professional regulators. Jordan received his law degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2016.
